Happy Easter!

We have reached the end of another term which seems to have flown by, and everyone now deserves a restful and fun-filled Easter break.  At the end of each term, it is always a good time to reflect and look back at how much you have achieved since the beginning of the school year.  Think of where the children were at when they started in your class/school and look at where they are now – celebrate the successes, no matter how small.  We are all so good at listing the jobs that we have not managed to complete, but just take some time, step back and remember how much you have achieved.

The end of term always brings change – there are headteachers and school staff leaving, some retiring, and some moving on to something new, and that always brings mixed feelings.  Good luck to anyone who will be doing something new after the break.  When you look back, think of the difference you have made to so many children and their families and be proud of what you have achieved.

The world is a scary place at the moment, so it is more important than ever that we keep positive and treat others with kindness.

A huge thank you to everyone working in schools who are passionate and determined to make a difference.  Schools are wonderful places to be – look after each other and enjoy the job as it is one of the best jobs in the world.  We would like to say a big thank you to all of you that have supported us and the work we do.  Have a wonderful Easter break – laugh lots and have fun, and then come back refreshed and ready to do it all again in the summer term.
