Our May resource of the month is a feelings activity set that we use with the children we work with. It helps them to explore and learn the names of some of the emotions that they experience. We use this with all ages of children, and they just love it.

The models in the set can generate conversations with the children about different emotions. We then use photo cards displaying different social scenarios where we can together connect the emotion to the situation. Again, this prompts further conversations as we then talk about their own feelings.
Please let us know if you have any brilliant resources that you have used with the children you are working with, it is great to share and find new ideas.
