Today is Comic Relief 2025 and many of you will have taken part in fundraising activities for children facing poverty in the UK and around the world. We have seen lots of red nosestoday, dressing up, and people facing challenges to raise awareness and funds, it is always a fun day for many in schools and then there is the live show to watch in the evening.
To celebrate 40 years of Comic Relief, this year they have bought back a favourite Red Nose from each decade – from the 80’s, 90’s, Noughties and 2010s. Plus a celebratory Cupcake Nose. Well, it wouldn’t be a birthday without cake.
This Red Nose Day, Radio 1 presenter Jamie Laing will be putting on his trainers to face his greatest physical and psychological challenge yet; an incredible 150 mile run from London to Salford, I cannot begin to imagine how you prepare yourself for a challenge like that. But it is all to raise money for Comic Relief.
