This week has seen schools celebrate World Book Day; we love going into schools during this week as we see all the children and staff dressed up, although it makes it a challenge for us to spot the child/children that we are meant to be working with.
Schools are celebrating World Book Day 2025 on March 6th some waiting until Friday 7th March to end the week in a fun way. This year the theme of the day is to ‘Read Your Way’ this celebrates the reading that your child chooses to do in their free time.
I think it is important to recognise that making time to read with your child not only provides them with so many educational skills, but it is also a time when you can snuggle up with them and read, laugh and enjoy some quality time together as you immerse yourselves in the book.
