It has been a busy couple of weeks as we have started the new year, Christmas feels like it was such a long time ago now and slowly it feels like spring is only around the corner. I always think once the mini eggs are in the shops, the lighter nights and hopefully better weather are soon upon us. I always think everything feels better in spring.
This week one of the many things that we have done is we have caught up with the ECTs that we are currently supporting this academic year, it was so nice to hear how they are all getting on. We shared experiences and then we did some training about how to manage different situations within the classroom/playground. Of course, we also had a laugh together and shared a brew and a biscuit!! We are both really looking forward to seeing them all again later in the spring term.
