When I was thinking about what to write for this week’s blog, I thought about the last few weeks and months and the successes that we as Reach have achieved. The blog that we wrote before half term focused on being reflective on how far you have come, so I thought I would do this for us as Reach.
We have worked with a significant number of children since starting Reach and we have supported children that have a variety of different needs.
We have supported classes to develop circle time skills to support their social and emotional needs as a cohort.
We have completed whole school behaviour audits.
We have supported year 6/7 children as they have transitioned to high school.
We have supported nursery children as they have transitioned to primary school.
We have delivered bespoke interventions to individual, and groups of children.
We have supported cohorts that are challenging.
We have coached staff in developing strategies to manage challenging behaviour.
We have also completed lots of training too.

The list goes on …. we have loved every aspect of our work and feel so privileged that we get to do the job that we both love. We get to work with amazing staff and children that we are so proud of.
