Firstly, we would like to start by saying a massive thank you for the continued support as we have made the transition to ‘Reach’. This week we attended the District 7 morning briefing, alongside representatives from the Hub steering group and CFWS. It was lovely to see so many familiar and friendly faces that we have worked with over the years. Looking back at the achievements schools have made over the year reminds us all how hard everyone is working with the common aim of improving school life for those vulnerable children in our schools. We were delighted to be invited and to be asked to provide schools with an insight into the provision and support that Reach will be offering to the South Ribble schools as we move forward with our new and exciting adventure next term.

At the briefing we shared with the schools how Reach will be working creatively, in partnership with schools, to support those children that need additional support. We recognise that every child and school is different, and we want to offer bespoke support so we can best meet the needs of the child and also support staff and families at the same time. During our presentationto the schools, it was so lovely to hear that they all shared our enthusiasm and excitement about working so differently as we move forward. We believe this will help us to ‘reach’ as many children as we possibly can.
As the term has come to an end, we have both taken time to reflect, it has really been an emotional one, but we are excited about what the summer term will bring. In the meantime, we would like to again thank you all for your continued support, kind words and positive feedback.
Finally, we would like to wish you all a Happy Easter, enjoy the break and don’t eat too many Easter eggs!!!!
